哪些产品需要 SFDA 符合性评定证书？

First. 化妆品电子通信系统（eCOSMA）通告号码zhuce，资料准备： Email: cosmetics.registration@tuvam.ae
1- The product line. (Skin Oil, Hair Powder, Mouthwash or Breath Spray... etc)/ 产 品线 (护肤油、发
粉、漱口水或呼吸喷雾…… 等)
2- Product information/产品信息: - Product Name (English & Arabic), Brand Name, and Barcode / 产品名
称（英语和阿拉伯语），品牌名称和条形码 - Product Label Picture (In order to accept a product
request, these pictures should include the outer and inner label, and any brochure if included. /
产品标签图片（为符合要求，这些图片应包括外部和内部标签，以及随附的小册子）。
3- Product Volume of Package & Barcode (you can add more than one. Each volume must have a unique
barcode) / 产品包装容量和条形码（您可以添加多种不同容量，如 50m, 100mL…。每种容量必须具有wei yi的条
形码）
4- List of Ingredients, and the Concentration (%) & Role of Substance for each ingredient. /成分表

3. -产品照片，包含 产品名称，产品标签，商标，原产地, 化学成分， 使用时效，使用说 明，条形码 （英文
或者 英文/阿拉伯文）
4. -产品参数 Datasheet
5. -需要安排监装检验 （费用额外支付 USD 300+内陆差旅费 travelling） 或者经批准的具 有相应检验能力的
可提供集装箱监装照片。
6. -发票箱单 （签名盖章）
